Account and Data Deletion

Data to be deleted: Upon verifying your request, we will permanently delete your personal information (Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Profile details, and Chat History) within 30 days.

Data to be retained: For legal, tax, and security compliance, certain transactional records (such as past property purchase receipts or payment history) may be securely retained for up to 7 years before being permanently destroyed.
